Instructions for presenters of lectures and posters

Oral Presentations

Oral presentations of contributed papers are strictly limited to 25 minutes, which includes 20 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes discussion.
A LCD projector and a computer will be provided in each conference room for computer-based PowerPoint presentations. Presenters can provide their presentation via a USB-stick. The use of your own computer is not allowed. Presentation can also be send to info@emchie2010.be at the latest by May, 10, 2010.
Any promotion of commercial products and processes or aggressive use of trade names or other forms of commercialism within the title, text or figures is not permitted in the technical sessions.
 

Poster presentations

Posters should be 1.20 m high and 0.90 m wide. The poster boards will be numbered according to the programme.
Poster authors will have the opportunity to give a short presentation of 5 minutes of their poster. The presentation should focus on the most important features of the poster. Therefore a LCD projector and computer will be provided for computer-based PowerPoint presentations. The use of your own computer is not allowed.
Any promotion of commercial products and processes or aggressive use of trade names or other forms of commercialism within the poster is not permitted.
